Exchange Policy

We gladly offer an exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item or incorrect size.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases where:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing fault.

Refunds or returns are not available for change of mind, color preference, or sizing issues after purchase unless required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance, Sale, or Promotional Items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Exchange Process

  2. Share your order number along with clear photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  4. Once approved, your replacement will be processed as quickly as possible.

Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Moiz Fabric will bear the shipping cost.
  • For approved exchanges due to other eligible reasons, customers may be responsible for courier charges.
